batpro Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and batpro ("batpro", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at batpro.ws ("Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including access via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any native application distributed by batpro.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing any feature of the batpro Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms supersede any prior oral or written representations made by batpro or its agents.

batpro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

The batpro Platform is strictly intended for adults. To register and maintain an account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. batpro applies a 21+ age policy across all products and markets.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of batpro or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the batpro Platform or any related platform operated by batpro's parent or affiliated entities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

batpro may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the batpro Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all fields. This includes but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. batpro is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. batpro will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact batpro support immediately at [email protected].

batpro supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account verification status.

All funds on the batpro Platform are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing fees, where applicable, are specified in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

• Deposits: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly to your batpro wallet. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours to appear.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests to local Pakistani payment channels are processed within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Before processing a withdrawal, batpro requires that all active bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals from bonus funds that have not completed their wagering cycle will be declined.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to batpro's anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Currency Conversion: Where deposits are made in a currency other than PKR, conversion will be applied at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of transaction. batpro is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.

batpro offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general bonus rules apply to all batpro promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Standard wagering requirements are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the stated period will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only participate in one bonus promotion at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse & Fraud: batpro reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, the use of automated betting strategies, or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional structures.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. batpro reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, geographic locations, or account types.

All casino games offered on the batpro Platform — including but not limited to slot titles, live dealer games, table games, and instant win products — are governed by their respective game rules as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before wagering real-money funds.

All games on the batpro Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used across the platform are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure genuine randomness and statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate, independently verified, and not subject to manipulation by batpro or the player.

• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or game error that affects the outcome of a game round, batpro reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Game malfunction voids all pays and play.
• Disconnection: batpro is not liable for interruptions to game play caused by poor internet connectivity, device failure, or power outages on the player's end. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the game will be resolved according to its standard auto-resolve rules.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game has minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface. batpro reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

The batpro sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international T20s, Test series, and ODIs), football, tennis, and other sports as listed in the sportsbook section of the Platform. All sports bets are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive a confirmation notification from batpro. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors, connection issues, or price changes are not valid.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. batpro is not liable for changes in odds between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed.
• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has elapsed, all bets on that event (other than bets on markets already settled) will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and may be suspended or closed at any time at batpro's discretion. batpro reserves the right to void in-play bets where there is evidence of a technical error in the live data feed.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits per bet and per player per day are specified in the sportsbook terms available within the Platform. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout limit will be capped at the stated limit.
• Prohibited Bet Types: Bets involving matches or events where the outcome is known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or corruption, will be voided. batpro cooperates with international sports integrity organisations and regulatory bodies.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the batpro Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one registered account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by batpro.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any batpro game or system. All such occurrences must be reported to batpro support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or loyalty rewards through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional structures rather than engage in genuine gambling.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing batpro staff, other players, or any third party via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the batpro Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by batpro.

batpro is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is designed for entertainment, and batpro recognises that for a minority of players gambling can become problematic. We take our duty of care seriously and have embedded a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools directly into the platform.

All registered batpro players have access to the following tools, available at any time from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once your limit is reached, further gameplay is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure in-session reminders that notify you of your total time spent playing and your net session result at defined intervals.

All content on the batpro Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, data compilations, and any other material — is the exclusive property of batpro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any content from the Platform without batpro's prior written consent.
• Use any batpro trademark, logo, or trade name in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without authorisation.
• Frame or embed any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application.
• Use automated tools to scrape, index, or harvest data from the Platform.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by batpro and its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batpro's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided by batpro shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your batpro account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

batpro shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform.
• Losses caused by events outside batpro's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network outages, or third-party payment system failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits batpro's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

batpro collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection commitments made by batpro include:

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is shared with third parties only where required by law, for payment processing, or for regulatory compliance purposes.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data batpro holds about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion subject to batpro's legal retention obligations.
• All data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

batpro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Where a change is material — meaning it substantially alters your rights or obligations — batpro will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via the email address registered to your account before the change takes effect. For non-material amendments, changes take effect immediately upon publication.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which batpro holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact batpro's customer support team in good faith and allow batpro a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute internally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through batpro's support channels.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, and where required by the terms of batpro's gaming license, batpro participates in an independent dispute resolution process facilitated by a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. Details of the relevant ADR body will be provided upon request and are listed in the Platform's regulatory information section.
